Tax, Ltd will continue to aim to accomplish in preparing your taxes as we do every year. We want you to continue to be part of our family, and we always want you to feel comfortable while we search for all the credits you can qualify for. The
following are reminders that are needed to prepare and process your taxes in a timely manner:
Reminders:
• Business Hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 am -7 pm
• APPOINTMENTS ONLY.
• The last appointment will be at 6:30 pm to better serve you.
• We DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-INS.
• DROPPING OFF your documents ONLY without an appointment is accepted.
• We encourage you to use our secure Portal.
• To minimize the number of people inside the office: filing SINGLE one individual allowed, MARRIED two
individuals are allowed to attend the appointment.

Our Appointment Policy:
When scheduling an appointment, a pre-paid $20 deposit is required; it will be deducted from your balance. You will only
lose the deposit if you Cancel/Miss or are more than 10 minutes late. The Pre-paid deposit must be made to lock in your
appointment.
Friendly Reminders:
• Self-Employed: 1099-MICS, Bank Statements, Expense Receipts, Book Ledger (showing your earnings and
expenses)
• EIC Proof: A current Daycare or School Letter for All dependents Not in School. Send a letter from your child’s Doctor as proof of address. (It must include your current address)
• Account Information (Refunds/Payments): Must bring account and routing number (if it has changed).
• Secure Portal: The portal can be used to send us and receive any important documents that are needed to complete
filing your return. An active email address will be needed.
• Going Paperless: You can now have your 2022 Tax Return sent via our secure portal or email with the password.
• Click on our website at www.anbelaccounting.com to check your refund status, book appointments, and the portal link.

We continue to prepare long and short forms for those who need the money right away, and if you qualify, you can receive
your refund in less than two weeks. We guarantee our staff will greet you with the respect and courtesy you deserve. The tax law has changed, and we want to help you understand how the new changes will affect you.
